ARS Systems Corp. (ARS) is a project and construction management organization that was founded in 2008.  Our experience includes projects involving rail transit and commercial infrastructure facilities where we performed work as communication systems technical experts as well as Designers/Integrators/Installers of CCTV, Video/Audio Intercoms, Access Control/Intrusion Detection, Door Solutions and Fire Alarm Systems.

 

ARS Systems Corp. specializes in providing expert project and construction management services.  In the construction management area we perform construction inspections, including highly specialized communication systems inspections, safety coordination, and resident and office engineering services.  In the project controls area our services include planning, cost control and estimating, document control, performance measurement, contract administration, claims analysis, progress reporting, and project administration.  In addition, ARS has provided railroad communication system design and Information Technology (IT) support.

ARS Systems Corp is a Telecommunication company led by two (2) Principals with over 30 years of MTA Transit experience including but not limited to maintenance/installation/support, construction management, project management, cost price analysis and design services.

ARS Systems Corp. is a certified NYS DBE  and NYC MBE company that currently staffs personnel that is working/have worked on the following notable recent MTA projects:

• MTACC East Side Access project – providing Design Augmentation Services for GEC joint venture (WSP, STV, Parsons).

• MTACC Second Ave Subway Project – provided Sr. Communication Engineers for the duration of this project.

• NYCT PA/CIS, ATM and CCTV projects – provided Consultant Resident Engineer Services.

• NYCT Atlantic Barclay Project – provided Project Management services for this project.
